Shipping Policy
Niki Newd fresh and natural skin care products are manufactured upon customer’s orders in small batches at the end of every month. The deadline for next month’s order closes always on the 20th day of the ongoing month, after which the ordered products are manufactured. Orders are dispatched right after manufacturing and are delivered according to the chosen delivery method.
We offer free deliveries to all orders over 500kr. / 50€
All deliveries are climate compensated.
We ship to countries in the EU (including the UK), Norway and Switzerland.
You will be informed at checkout whether delivery to the requested address for the selected product is possible.
We deliver to private and business addresses on business days during general business hours, unless otherwise separately agreed. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
In order to ensure that your delivery is successful, please make sure that your delivery address, possible door code and your contact telephone number are correct when you place your order. For the avoidance of doubt, Niki Newd® is not responsible for any undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or missing information provided upon ordering or failing to receive order.
Niki Newd Oy reserves the right to modify terms for order and delivery at any time. Our customers are advised to see terms of order and delivery in force from time to time before placing an order.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please note that because our products are fresh and perishable, and made according to your order, the Niki Newd® products are non-returnable after shipment.
Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In case the product has been damaged in delivery, please contact Niki Newd® by email [email protected] within 48 hours from receiving the order. In order for us to handle the complaint concerning damages to products occurred in delivery, the delivered product must be unopened and unused.
If you have any other complaint, please contact us by email [email protected] The handling of customer complaints and product faults are governed under Finnish legislation, excluding provisions concerning choice of law.
