Materials:
Outer is nylon fabric made from ECONYL® fiber, a 100% regenerated nylon fiber made from pre-and post-consumer waste such as fishing nets, carpet flooring, and industrial plastic.
Lining and lining pockets are made from 100% GRS Certified recycled polyester.
Straps are 100% recycled polyester.
The brand logo is printed on a vegan leather batch.
Silver metal hardware that is sustainably manufactured by using renewable energy.
All materials are sourced from Europe. Made in Finland and Estonia.

Care Instructions:
Wipe cleaning only. Wipe the internals and externals with a damp cloth. The bag is designed to carry max. 10-15kg of items and sharp items (cutleries, clippers) may destroy the fabric.
Fastening instructions:
Hang the bag ideally on the stroller with suitable clips from the d-rings or hang it with the long strap.

Shipping to a pick up point in Finland - S parcel 5,90€ L parcel 7,90€
Home Shipping in Finland - 9,90€
Shipping in Europe - 25,00€
International shipping / Rest of the world - 30,00€
Possible taxes, duty or customs payments depending on the destination country are not included and will not be covered by ASK Scandinavia.
Orders to Finland are sent via Finnish Post. Orders to Europe via PostNord, and DHL Worldwide.
Timelines
We dispatch items within 1-3 working days of order from our Helsinki warehouse.
When ordering within Finland, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
When ordering to elsewhere in Europe, please allow 7 working days for delivery.
For orders for the rest of the world, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Refund Policy
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please fill this return form in order for us to process your return faster. Inform us of your return by email [email protected] before sending your return and attach this form in the email or print it inside the return parcel. If you need any help with your return, please contact us by email.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Iso Roobertinkatu 20-22, 00120 Helsinki, Finland and please also write this phone number on the package: +358 40 0382544.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Returns using a Helposti code:
Order your return code from the address posti.fi/returnparcel by entering the item ID (a code beginning with JJFI). Drop off the parcel at any Posti parcel locker or service point according to the instructions.
Returns without a Helposti code:
You can return an item through a Posti outlet. Attach the Customer Return address label provided by us or write our return ID 660052 and our return address ASK Scandinavia, Iso Roobertinkatu 20-22, 00120 Helsinki, Finland tel. +358 40 0382544 on the item and take the item to a postal outlet.
