About the shop: The Espadrilles Experience
The absolute best experience of all, because it contains a pair of shoes! Can't beat it! Here you will design the espadrilles of your dreams, we make them LIVE and then send them to you, all inclusive!
We meet practically in our workshop in Barcelona, in a very unique and special place, where you will feel immersed and surrounded by espadrilles.
First, we present the history of these beautiful shoes and materials needed for their construction. You will learn about this ancient tradition, and how this shoe went from being built by and for humble people, to being one of the most trendy shoes today.
Then each guest chooses the base color, size, band, threads and type of seams. When we are done, we will sew LIVE your own traditional espadrilles, according to your instructions. When you are done, we will teach you different ways to lace them up and use them.
Finally, and most importantly, we ship your creation to your home with free FedEx shipping worldwide. You get the couple at home, everything is included, at no extra cost!

About the product

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Barcelona (Spain).
We now offer Free Worldwide Express Shipping for all orders! Once shipped, you will get a tracking code for DHL or FedEx and in 3-4 days you will have the pair at home. Amazing right?
If not directly available, we might take a week to make/finish your pair. Please make sure you send the measures right after making the purchase. You will get an email from the artisan with the instructions. If you don't answer with the measures in 48h, we will ship as ordered.
We pay customs here in origin and mark the parcel as gift, in order to avoid in 99% of the cases taxes at destiny. There are a few exceptions in which this might happen, please once shipped check the tracking number daily to make sure your parcel is not blocked at your customs, and in case it is, please go forward with the payment so that they parcel is not returned, then we will compensate that with credit on our website, do not worry.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you’d like a different size or another style, please send an email to [email protected] with the number of your order #XXXXX to notify us of your request. We will get back to you within 48 hours. We kindly ask you to DO NOT proceed with a return without reading the policy first. Contact us in all cases in order to ensure the validity of your return and in order to receive the return label.
1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in cash, but we will give you credit at the website for the full cost :) We will send you a DHL or FedEx return label ensuring the returned parcel does not create new taxes on your side. Please keep in mind that if you want an exchange and the product does not have any defect, you have to cover the costs of BOTH shippings.
2. If you receive a refund, the cost of both shippings will be deducted from your refund in all cases.
3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but we will give your a tracking number to be able to see the progress daily. Please check it and let us know once you get it :)
4. When you return the product, you should never ship it by yourself, please contact us first as we need to create a valid return label. If you ship it directly without our return label, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we can't proceed before receiving the product back. Please take this into account and proceed as explained.
5. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
7. In below situations only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
-Any item with obvious signs of use.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
8. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
9. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned. All items found under the following collections are not eligible for refunds/returns: Deals, Last Units, The Outlet.
10. If you decide to cancel your order and ask for a refund, it is important to know that if you cancel after 48 hours from the moment you had placed your order, we are going to charge 20% out of the total order value to cover processing costs.
11. Due to the fact that the leather we use for manufacturing is natural, color and texture may vary in comparison to the pictures. Please keep in mind that this is not a mistake, it is the compromise of creating handmade products that depend on natural materials.
12. Please keep in mind that the workshops (virtual or in person) are not eligible for returns nor refunds, as these are activities in which materials and spaces are booked in advance. If you happened to book a workshop, but can't make it, please get in touch with us.
