Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery estimates

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 days.

Refund Policy

In the event of a refund, a maximum period of fifteen (15) days is necessary from the receipt of the product returned to Klaoos, before the amount of the returned product(s) is credited back to the customer's bank account.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Right of withdrawal

From the date of receipt, the Customer may request the return of one or more products to Klaoos, within fourteen (14) days according to the provisions of the Consumer Code. The customer will have to formulate this request according to a simple procedure detailed below and by detailing the reasons for this reshipment.

In order to simplify and facilitate the processing of product returns as well as their possible refund, it is recommended that the customer follows the procedure described below:

  • make a return request by email to : [email protected]
  • return the product(s) to the following address BX Logistique Avenue Maurice Boukay - 70180 Dampierre sur salon France

The product concerned must be returned under the following conditions :

  • within ten days of notification of return to Klaoos ;
  • properly protected, in its original packaging, in a perfect state of resale and without any trace of use (it must not have been damaged or soiled);
  • accompanied by the order number received during the validation of this one, so as to allow the identification of the customer (order number, surname, first name, address).

If the customer opts for another method of return other than the procedure described above, it is essential that Klaoos can identify the customer making the return in order to be able to proceed with the refund. Therefore it is necessary to attach to your returned product all documents allowing you to identify yourself (copy of your order summary or copy of the invoice, if applicable).

The customer is obliged to have the proof of deposit of his consignment stamped and retained. The product will be refunded only if it is returned in its original, new packaging and under the conditions listed above. If the product(s) is (are) not reshipped within the time limit or in the condition specified above, the return will not be considered valid.

The return is at the customer's risk and expense. In the event of a refund, a maximum period of fifteen (15) days is necessary from the receipt of the product returned to Klaoos, before the amount of the returned product(s) is credited back to the customer's bank account.

The amounts relating to the order and its one-way shipment are refunded. However, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Return defective product or hidden defect

If the product is defective, the customer may return it at Klaoos' expense and receive a new one within the limits of available stocks. If the product is no longer available, the customer will receive an equivalent product. No additional compensation or other commercial gesture can be claimed by the customer.

The customer is obliged to systematically inform Klaoos of the reasons for the return of the defective product(s). If the damage concerns a delivery problem (damaged package, for example) the customer must notify Klaoos within two (2) days after receipt of the package.
