Shipping Policy
Orders are despatched within 24 hours, if placed on a weekday. If you are ordering personalization, please allow an additional 3-4 working days. Your delivery will require a signature. You can add a note during checkout if you would like us to deliver to a safe place or with a neighbour.
Please ensure we have a delivery address where it can be signed for. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered the driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
We are unable to deliver on Public Holidays so please allow an additional day for your delivery if your despatch is preceded by a Public Holiday.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please notify us of your wish to cancel within 12 hours of placing your order.
In the event you are not completely satisfied, you can send your item back within 14 days for an exchange or a refund. Please repackaged it to prevent damage and include a note with your order number and contact details to:
