Refund Policy
The Buyer can use the right of withdrawal included in the Republic of Latvia Consumer Rights Protection Act and return the Product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. To avoid disputes, the Buyer, at the time of receiving the Products, must make sure it matches the order (colour, product name and other relevant parameters).
In the event that the Product has been put together incorrectly, the Buyer has the right to exchange the Product in 14 (fourteen) days’ time. To avoid disputes, at the time of receiving the Products, the Buyer must make sure it matches the order (colour, product name and other relevant parameters). Courier mail expenses are borne by the Seller in the above case.
If the Buyer wishes to use the right of withdrawal, the following recommendations and conditions must be taken into account:
Returned Products may not be used (taking into account the specifics of the Product). If the condition of the Product to be returned has deteriorated and it has not been stored properly, the Buyer is not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The Buyer is obliged to maintain and not damage the original packaging of the Products.
If the Buyer wishes to use the right of withdrawal, they must, in this case, contact the Seller via e-mail at [email protected] The Buyer receives a Buyer’s withdrawal form, which is to be filled out and sent to the Seller to the aforementioned e-mail address.
The Buyer is obligated to keep both postal documents for receipt of the Products and postal documents for the return of the Products to the Seller.
The funds for the returned Product and its shipping costs will be transferred by the Seller to the bank account specified by the Buyer on the withdrawal form within 14 (fourteen) calendar days’ time after termination of the Agreement and the return of the Product to the Seller’s warehouse (“Silmači”, Baldone, Baldones novads, LV – 2125) based on the Buyer’s withdrawal form.
