“Camino a Punta Allen” – photographic art

Photographic art 50cm x 75cm, printed on photographic paper and mounted on a thin acrylic plate, it’s ready to hang on the wall because it has two strong hatches on the back.

I took this photograph in 2015, I was on my way to a two week stay in a simple but wonderful cabin by the beach close to Punta Allen in Quintana Roo, México. The closest town was a few kilometres away from the cabins and even if we had electricity and running water, there was no internet, no t.v. and this was a bliss at night the entire milky way would shine through so bright. The road was a dusty trail and it took several hours to get to the cabins, suddenly I got a glimpse of this turquoise beach through the palm trees, so I stopped to capture this shot.
