OUR RETURN POLICYFor deliveries within Sweden and the EU, we offer 30 day return from the date of delivery.Within these 30 days, you can either exchange your product or receive a refund. This also includes online sample sales.In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging.Instructions on how you make a return is included in your delivery. You can also find return instructions below.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed according to the applicable terms of your original payment method.If your purchase was paid fully or partially with a gift card, any amount covered by the gift card will be refunded as a new gift card, in accordance with consumer protection principles. Any remaining balance not covered by the gift card will be refunded to the original payment method (e.g., Visa or Mastercard). Gift cards can only be used at attage.se.RETURN FEEOne of our core values is to contribute to more conscious consumption. Processing returns has an environmental impact and Attáge consider free returns to be an unsustainable cost. Therefor a fee will be added when returning pieces bought on attage.se.
