SHIPPING/RETURN POLICYSweden Domestic orders are shipped via PostNord and DHL Freight.International Orders are shipped via DHL Freight, PostNord or any other delivery system of our choice. Once order is ready for processing an email will be sent out with tracking information.Please note that delivery is not available to certain countries at the moment.We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction, however due to the nature in creating our products in small batches, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on USED products. The ingredients in our products are posted on our website. Please make sure you are not allergic or sensitive to any ingredient in our products before purchasing.We reserve the right to use any method of shipping.

Refund Policy

We will accept returns on unused/unopened products up to 5 days after it has been received. A refund will only be given on the cost paid for the products, shipping charges cannot be refunded once items leave our facility.
