Shipping Policy

We at g.a.l creating most of our clothes to order. Through this, we are reducing waste and no garments are created unless there is a demand for them. When your products are ready, we will send them as soon as we can. It usually takes between 5-20 days to receive your unique delivery from us if you live in Sweden and 7-25 days if you live outside Sweden's borders. We can currently deliver to a lot of countries, but due to customs regulations we are not allowed to deliver to certain countries outside the European Union. If you have a request about whether we send to a specific place, contact us before you order. Please be aware that orders outside the European Union may be subject to tariffs and charges, which you as a customer have to pay.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You can change a garment if it does not fit. However, we encourage you to check our measurement chart before you order, and we will increase the chance of avoiding unnecessary transportations. Do not hesitate to contact us if you want help with sizes.We follow the law on Distance Contracts Act according to the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without stating any reason. Let us know as soon as possible if you want to return or exchange your item, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item.Since you can order garments with special requests from us at g.a.l, we want you to be aware that the Distance Contracts Act does not apply to these specially ordered goods. However, we are open to communication if you are not satisfied with your garments, contact us immediately for a return request or if you want your garment adjusted.We always strive to improve the quality of our clothes. We therefore always encourage you to contact us if you feel that something in the garment has a defect that you think we can improve. You have a 1-year guarantee on the products you buy. If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect on the product, we will offer adjustment of the garment or send a new one to you if the garment cannot be repaired. However, the guarantee does not apply to wear and tear damage that you have caused yourself. You pay the return shipping costs yourself. For repayment - please let us know how to repay you.
