WE OFFER WORLDWIDE SHIPPING AND WE DO OUR BEST TO DELIVER THE ORDER TO YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Pierre Sports will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but cannot be responsible for delays such as a result of remote delivery locations.
If your order needs to be shipped outside Europe, you will be responsible for paying eventual additional charges for taxes or customs clearance. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.
We handle all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12 PM (CET) on the same day. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday, it will be handled on the first business day after that.
In case you wish to cancel your order but the order has already been dispatched, you are required to receive it. The cancellation is not valid until it has been confirmed by Pierre Sports by email. If a product has been discontinued or is out of stock, Pierre Sports has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer.
Shipping costs are fullfilled by the customer and depend on the country to which the goods are shipped.

The returned products must be unused and in the original packaging, and the shipping costs are for your own account. Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. We recommend you to choose a secured shipment method, as you are responsible for the risk of transporting the goods to Pierre Sports.

Once your package has arrived in our warehouses, you receive an email with the return confirmation, and after checking the condition, the return can be accepted. You can then choose to exchange the product or get a refund. The full order amount excluding return costs will be credited within 14 days after receipt of the return.
