Refund Policy
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. The refund might take up to 10 days from the day we receive and accept the goods.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
The order can be returned within 14 days after you receive the order, in the same original condition, and with the labeling, accompanied by enclosed Return Form. We will arrange a carrier to pick up the goods for you. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through www.redapaula.com. In this case you should advise your local customs bureau directly. In case of replacement of the item, all transport costs are paid by the customer.
