Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped worldwide via DHL or UPS. Free shipping is applied across Europe. For any location outside of Europe, a flat €12 fee is added.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your shoes, and welcome returns within 30 days of receipt, if you're not satisfied. A full refund will be granted as long as the returned shoes are unworn and in the same condition as you had originally received them. Please contact us for detailed instructions on returns.
