Our signature material is the world’s first 100% waterproof solid wood composite material designed for private and commercial bathroom fittings. In daily use, the Woodio material has the same functions as traditional bathroom materials. The material is completely waterproof, durable and durable while acting as a CO2 storage. When the product reaches the end of its life cycle, you can reuse it as energy waste.

All Woodio products are manufactured in Finland at the company’s own factory with an almost carbon-neutral production process. The use of mainly bio-based raw materials and the development of casting technology that does not require water or energy-intensive phases, unlike the ceramic combustion process, has enabled us to lower the carbon footprint of our products significantly lower than the bathroom industry traditionally has. The carbon footprint of a Woodio sink is 80% smaller compared to a similar ceramic sink. The low weight of the final product also reduces emissions in logistics.
