Freja is almost like Anna’s skirt, but has a wide flare at the bottom. Freja skirt is made of durable linen fabric with elastic waist, fabric belt and pockets. Enough width for the fabric to fall nicely, but not enough for the wind to catch it. The skirt is made from an EU flax certified linen grown in Europe that you can wash again and again and again.

Instead of you adapting to the clothes, RAORI adapt the garment to YOUR body, however different you think your body is. Nothing is impossible. Our clothes are loose-fitted and comfortable. You should feel relaxed when wearing our clothes. We often think about swollen bellies, sweaty armpits and other female dilemmas when designing the collections.
You are always welcome to make an appointment to visit the studio in Faringe outside Uppsala to try on the clothes and where I can also take your personal measurements.
About the product
The length is 71 cm in S/M and 76 cm in L/XL. If you prefer a different length, just let us know in the message box.
Dimensions/size:
This garment is made to order based on the size chart below or in any personal size you want. For personal measurements we need your bust, waist and hip/bum measurements as well as the desired length of the skirt and the measurement around the body where you want the skirt’s waistband to sit.

Machine wash 40°C, iron medium heat. Do not tumble dry.
Shipping:
This garment is made to order and will be graded, cut and sewn together before being shipped to you. This takes 3-4 weeks plus delivery time.
Good to know:
All RAORI products are made of the highest quality, with a perfect fit in sustainably produced materials. If for any reason you cannot keep the item, we will of course take it back and refund you within 14 days of delivery. As a customer, you pay for the return fee.

Shipping Policy
Delivery conditions
Delivery time for Sweden is 4-6 days, 6-10 days for Europe and for the rest of the world 7-10 days, although while packages generally arrive on time, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks for delivery within Europe & up to 4-5 weeks for International delivery before resending/refunding for non delivery. Thank you for your understanding! The postal service is a fickle being and I’m just a small independent company 🙂 If your product is a made to measure garment, please allow 3-4 weeks for your garment to be graded to your personal measurements, cut, sewn and shipped to you.
During high season it may take longer. We ship orders with Postnord. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company. For shipment outside Europe, the buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.
If your purchase is a gift, I will happily ship straight to the giftee, as well as include a personal note if requested, just leave me the info you want written in the “note to seller” box at checkout.
Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable so it’s best to order a long time in advance or pay for faster shipping to ensure faster delivery times!
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or another carrier and file a damage report. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and file a damage report. If any dispute with the post office or carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not collect your shipment before it is returned to us (package approx. 1 month, letter 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 150 for our work with handling the goods.
The shipping cost within Sweden is SEK 49. The freight is reported at checkout. For order values exceeding SEK 1,000, we offer the shipping cost.
Refund Policy
Sometimes it just doesn't feel right.... that's okay! You can always return your unused item within 14 days for a full refund. In all cases, please contact me to let me solve your problem. You must return your item within 14 days and you are responsible for return shipping. Of course, you must not have worn the garment and it must be in original condition so that I can sell the garment again.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Right of withdrawal/ Complaint
For any kind of problem, please contact me and write your name, address, e-mail, the order number and which goods the item you wish to return applies to. We comply with the law on distance contracts in accordance with the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered fault-free goods without giving any reason. However, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to personal items with names, etc., but if there is something wrong with the product, you of course have the right to complain about the product you ordered. Notification of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of the item being received (does not apply to specially ordered items). There is always a guarantee on the products you buy (1 year). If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect on the product, you will always get a new one, however, the warranty does not apply to wear and tear damage. You pay the return shipping yourself when returning (no complaint). For refund - enter your postal giro, bank giro, personal account or bank account number.
Broken product
Complaints apply ONLY if the points below are followed:
If your package has been damaged during shipping, please email us with the following information:
- A close-up of the outer packaging, where the address label with the package number is visible.
- Image of both outer and inner packaging (bubble wrap, etc.).
- Pictures showing how the product was packaged. Open the flaps of the box and take a card straight down into the box when all the inner packaging and contents are as they were packed on delivery.
- Picture of the broken item.
If you think the product was damaged before delivery, send an email to customer service with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name
- Problem description
- How and when the problem occurred
- Picture or video that clearly shows what the error is
- Image where the entire product is visible

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the GDPR.

The mobile phone number you enter at checkout may be used for SMS notification of delivery or other communication relating to your order.
Dispute
Any disputes are resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations and otherwise refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution tool: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
